Japanese Film Festival 2004

The Japan Foundation, co-organized by Golden Screen Cinema (GSC) and Consulate-general of Japan in Penang are going to present a Japanese Film Festival at GSC Mid Valley, Kuala Lumpur and GSC Gurney Plaza, Penang in June.

Mid Valley, Kuala Lumpur
15 June (Tue): Opening Ceremony (by invitation only)
17 & 18 June (Thu & Fri): 2 screenings per day
19 & 20 June (Sat & Sun) 4 screenings per day

Tickets must be reserved in advance and picked up between 1 hour and 30 minutes before actual screening.

- Received 15 awards including Best Picture, Best Leading Actress, Best Director, Best Leading Actor and etc at the 26th Japan Academy Awards
- Screened at 53rd Berlin International Film Festival
